Good location for us. Practical, non-fussy hotel, did the job and I would go back again.Staff pleasant and helpful

Location and basic value for money

We were able to walk a short way to use local buses.

We were too far from the historic district to walk there comfortably. Also, the clerk was unable to use my credit card which I'd used everywhere else in Spain, so I had to use my debit card which caused some problems.

Helpful staff in accommodating questions and needs. Spoke English well to eliminate any misunderstandings.

I was not clear that they would charge for breakfast.

This was a quaint and lovely old building. It was very roomy and we had a picture postcard view of an old cobblestone street with a stone fence and gorgeous bougainvilla in bloom. It was like going back into time...(only with nice facilities..tub/shower/toilet...large bathroom.)

There was no staff on site and we had to go down the street and around the block to the sister hotel for help...it was a little confusing, but once we found it, it was no big deal.

The hotel is located within the outer perimeter walls of the Historic Quarter and is a 25 minute walk to either the Plaza Espana or the Cathedral/Giralda, convenient for daytime walking, touring and shopping. The hotel sits within a quiet residential area however there are very few nice restaurants and/or bars nearby and it is necessary to either walk or take a bus to the city centre and a taxi ride return.

The hotel is comfortable but basic and we missed the availability of a nice welcoming bar in which to relax on returning from our daily excursions.

Location is quite ok, within 15min walking distance from the center station of Sevilla. Super markets are also nearby

Far away from the places of interest (25min walk to the church). We booked a triple room; however it is quite small.

Clean and functional with excellent staff but not as close to the Train Station as mentioned plus hard to find when walking but excellent none the less.

Very decent hotel within walking distance from the city center (about 20 min. walk) and train station (15 min. walk). Ideal for short stays in Sevilla (1-2 nights), good value for money. Rooms are very nice, clean, with new furniture and comfortable beds. Breakfast is good. Extremely helpful reception staff who speak excellent English. Overall, very positive impression. Highly recommended hotel.

Hotel staff was very helpfull e.g. breakfast was served in advance due to early work meetings.

The triple room is small. The garage is small too.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and the manager would do anything possible to make your stay the bext experience possible. Breakfast was of a good standard.

A good location only a 15 mins walk to the cathedral.

Breakfast was not worth 7 euros and the car park is very very tight and difficult to get in and out of.

Staff were helpful. The bed was comfy. The room was kept very clean.

The breakfast was not available until 8:15 am - since I was at a conference which was some distance away and began either at 8.00am or at 9.00am that meant I could not get any breakfast - so I paid for breakfasts that I never got. I did ask if I could get some breakfast or even just a coffee earlier than 8:15 but I was told. "No!" Also the hotel described itself as being close to Santa Justa station - I think they said 10minutes walk - well I walk every day briskly to work etc. but it took about 12-15 minutes to get from the hotel to the station.

Very, very friendly staff. Will definetly book again next time!
